A luxury hotel that welcomes guests with its impressiveness, vastness and grandeur from the lobby. The sinuous sculptural chandelier, with its incredible size, becomes the centerpiece and decorative element characterizing the whole room, almost a landmark for guests. The geometrically cut columns are actually original light points accompanying the two wide staircases leading upstairs.
While the floors are made of precious marbles, carefully matched to delimit the waiting areas and suggest precise routes, it is the wall coverings that are one of the distinctive notes of the space: wood and fabric on paper alternate and accompany each other, continuously enhancing each other with their refined materiality.
The same materiality is deliberately recalled in the furnishing choices of each individual room: in the bar area, characterized by a round counter with wooden grooves and luminous inserts, and in the buffet area with wooden elements and brass details, a precious metal taken up in the strips that frame and illuminate the walls covered in precious fabric on paper.
An atmosphere of great charm and elegance can be felt in the restaurant area, whose most striking feature is undoubtedly the floor made of onyx and slate.
In addition to the original chandeliers, between an installation and a sculpture, aesthetically different from each other, the restaurant is also characterized by the bar area made of small white tiles that recall glimpses of old English pubs to deepen the feeling of intimate welcome.
The hotel’s bathroom plays on the light and whiteness of marble, enhanced by mirrors, countertop washbasins and chrome details that add to its luminosity.
