RENDERINGS OF EXTERIORS
RENDERINGS OF EXTERIORS
The renderings of exteriors show what the final external image of the project will look like during execution. Presenting a project while it is still in the study phase can involve difficulties of illustration and explanation. The usefulness of renderings is that they allow for showing the various possibilities of elaboration of structural drawings, of the evaluation among infinite possibilities of form, colour and external settings, including vegetation and street furniture.
This is a useful and necessary process, so that the building committee can be informed of any changes and variations in the project, even while it is in progress. Having a clear idea of the project and the possible end result once the work has been completed can also be decisive for the successful conclusion of ongoing negotiations. The use of the images produced by the renderings will then also be useful in the realization phase of the communication about the construction site.
In the architectural renderings, the façades of the buildings being planned are represented with high photographic quality and a wealth of detail. Nothing can be left to chance, so nothing should be left to chance. The aim is above all to give a view of the project in each different environment it will be placed in.
