PRIVATE RESIDENCE
The architectural style is reminiscent of a historic 19th-century residence and consequently of the properties of families of ancient noble origins. Framed by the greenery of centuries-old trees and a sinuously shaped swimming pool, this private residence offers extreme refinement and luxury.
Fine white marble is complemented by bright wooden boiserie embellished with artistic friezes and gilded decorations. The refined luxury of the house is also emphasized by the frescoes reminiscent of ancient dwellings and statues with classical lines that are one of its most valuable and memorable attractions.
The colour red is one of the recurring leitmotifs: it can be found in the elaborate inlays of the marble floors, in the crystals of the large ceiling lights, in the fabrics that cover part of the furnishings and the upholstered furniture chosen to complete the rooms, in the precious carpets and in the refined accessories that complete everything.
The expertly crafted balustrade that accompanies the wide marble staircase is made entirely of wrought iron and covered in gold leaf.
AB Italia was also in charge of the design of the entire technical lighting system for each room and interior space. One of the most sought-after distinguishing features is the use of amethyst in the master bathroom, which gives the room an extra touch of ‘sartorial’ care.
