A prestigious residence spread over 1000 square metres divided among the basement, the ground floor with an indoor swimming pool and the first floor interrupted by double volumes and a bridge connecting the rooms. The ground floor, with continuous and interconnected spaces, is characterized by glass walls that hang from the ceilings, thanks to hinges called “spiders”, to give the feeling of living in an open space.
The same glass walls separate the swimming pool, integrated into the living area, from the rest of the house. Two steel and glass staircases connect the floors. The exclusive use of precious marbles combined with different types of wood characterizes the entire room. Aesthetically very refined is the large wall made of pink stone with split work.
In the sleeping area, the bedrooms have walls made of glass which can be polarised on occasion: placed between two panes of glass is a film which becomes transparent with the passage of low-voltage electricity. Whenever necessary, the glass can become opaque with a satin effect to ensure maximum privacy.
A well-equipped wine cellar, a luxurious spa and a spacious relaxation area have been created on the lower floor of the house, in a sophisticated dialogue between comfort and technology.
