The project for these executive offices of a major Russian bank, located in the centre of the capital, was characterized by the incredible speed it took to complete. Only four months passed between presentation of the project and the turnkey handover of the entire renovated space in its new form.
The initial project also included the complete renovation of the building’s main hall. The desire was to make the whole space essential and elegant, but also functional and comfortable without losing sight of exclusivity and refinement.
One of the most important interventions is the use of ebony for the covering of the structural columns, a conscious choice in perfect contrast with the light marble of the floors and the transparency of the glass walls hanging from a very characteristic metal structure.
The technical lighting system is also very characteristic, enhancing and completing the entire project. A sculptural red marble staircase leads to the upper floors: the strong personality of the precious material is lightened by the linear and essential chrome-plated steel balustrade.
