An extraordinary recovery of a 19th century building overlooking the magical shores of a lake. The ambitious project involved the renovation and redevelopment of an old house and its complete and meticulous restoration. AB Italia looked after the entire design and construction work to meet the wishes and requirements of the client.
The pictures taken during the construction work attest to and confirm the competence and technical skill of the professionals in charge of carrying out the work. The end result is simply astonishing: marbles of great value are also characterized by geometric or floral inlays that enhance the colour combinations. Finely lacquered wainscoting, elaborately carved and enriched with gold leaf decorations alternate with tapered fluted columns and gilded capitals.
Aesthetically striking and important is the large staircase with soft, winding lines leading to the upper floor, accompanied by a decorative wrought iron balustrade and lit by an important artistic stained-glass window in the ceiling. Furniture with fine finishes and luxurious curtains complete and enhance the result of the project.
