A white space enlivened, for a deliberate chromatic contrast, by a few touches of natural materials and elements, such as the wooden beams of the ceiling, which offer the warmth and strong personality of wood.
Framing and setting the scene for this luminous private Swiss residence is a triumph of white overlooking the blue of the lake and the green of the mountains. In fact, the brightness of white is the dominant theme repeated both outside and everywhere inside the home. The exterior of the mansion is entirely in white marble and the floors of the living area are also in white marble with dark inlays.
Parquet, again in shades of white, was chosen for the floors in the sleeping area. The boiserie throughout the house is also white lacquered and enriched with tone-on-tone friezes and decorations. Many pieces of furniture are also white, some with more classic lines and volumes alongside others with a more contemporary flavour. On the other hand, marble and onyx characterize the bathroom, in which the protagonist is a big round Jacuzzi tub.
