An airy and bright private residence overlooking Lake Lugano. Elegant, sophisticated, rational and almost essential in the shades that define it, the residence appears at first glance to be a place where one can find refuge and enjoy the welcome and luxurious sobriety. The wall coverings are essentially white, with richly decorated lacquered boiserie.
The marble floors are white, delicately mottled with a few touches of colour from the geometric inlays, and extremely elegant in their linearity. Glass plays a starring role, chosen both for the large windows that act as a passageway to the outside, overlooking the lake and the green Swiss mountains, and for the addition of certain furnishing elements to give lightness and luminosity.
The brightness of glass was also used for the walls of the panoramic lift and for the ceiling of the refined winter garden, to create a deliberate mix of the eternal and the external. Illuminated by large windows and surrounded by massive dark marble columns, the indoor pool has a mosaic backdrop and interior walls.
