An exclusive private residence overlooking a lake and the Swiss mountains, where the intention was to allow the eye to wander continuously over the surrounding landscape. The goal was pursued by designing and building rooms with large windows that allow sunlight and the colours of the landscape to enter visually, almost tangibly, into the elegant residence.
An exciting exchange of sensations. The interiors are surprising and sumptuous, with precious marbles revealed to the eye in a succession of inlays and decorations, each time created with great skill, the same skill that has distinguished AB Italia since 1922.
The splendour of the marble is emphasized by a rich and complex technical lighting system, in which recessed spotlights in the false ceilings combine perfectly with luxurious crystal chandeliers. In the living area, the most sought-after distinguishing feature is the double-height fireplace flanked by luxurious upholstered furniture, overlooked by a loft passage with a wrought iron balustrade, illuminated by gilded details.
The area that houses the car park is also sumptuous and spectacularly lit, with marble flooring and a wonderful crystal chandelier. In the basement, there is a well-tended spa area, also overlooking the lake: in addition to the swimming pool with mosaic-covered bottom and sides and frescoed ceiling with a sculpture-fountain hanging on the wall, there is a sauna area from where you can see the swimming pool and a small gym equipped with sports and fitness equipment.
Outside the residence, there is an orangery with a large kitchen made entirely of light wood and glass walls, totally surrounded by nature.
